Our ThermoShield Ultimate Chimney System

The Flue and Fabrications Specialists ThermoSheild chimney system is a double-walled stainless steel chimney system that uses highly efficient insulating material and is ideally suited for use with all types of fuels. The components are built to exact specifications under factory-controlled conditions. The strong outer stainless steel casing and couplers protect the chimney from external damage and corrosion. The smooth stainless steel inner liner produces rapid stabilization of the draft and heats up quickly to prevent harmful condensation as waste gases are exhausted.

A special construction method is employed whereby the inner wall and outer wall are connected to each other on only one side. This allows the strong outer wall to bear the structural load and leaves the inner wall free to expand or contract without stress.

An extremely effective gas-tight connection system makes it possible to safely connect to ‘forced draught type’ over pressure burners.

Because the ThermoSheild chimney system uses high-efficiency insulation, the heat transfer factors become minimal, making it possible for the system to be enclosed within a building structure while still conforming to building codes.
